As a produced screenwriter and playwright, John offers a writer’s perspective in the classroom. He toured the country for two decades with his solo show FATHER, SON & HOLY COACH, earning great reviews. He has also found success in the voice-over world. With four decades in the business, John brings valuable experience and has even raised two successful actors, Tyler and Jesse Posey.

Jesse Posey

Coach / Teacher

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jesse Posey has spent his life immersed in the entertainment industry. Best known for his leading role in Selena: The Series, Jesse has built a dynamic career as an actor, writer, and director, creating and starring in several of his own short films.

With over five years of coaching experience, Jesse brings a deep understanding of the craft, having studied the Meisner technique and learned firsthand from his father and brother—both respected industry professionals. His passion lies in guiding fellow actors, helping them refine their skills, master their craft, and navigate the business with confidence.

 

Whether you’re honing your technique or preparing for the industry’s challenges, Jesse is committed to helping actors grow, both on and off the screen.

Ahle Kellar, a Philadelphia native, has spent over 15 years cultivating a dynamic career in the entertainment industry. Since his arrival in Los Angeles, he's quickly made a mark with his ability to tackle a wide range of roles, from quirky comedy to gripping psychological thrillers. John's earliest credited role was in television,

as a recurring guest star in the documentary television series, Blood Relatives.. This paved the way for appearances in major productions, including the critically acclaimed feature film Vice, Netflix's Monster: The Jeffery Dahmer Story, as well as popular TV shows like NCIS and 9-1-1: Lonestar.

With years of experience on both sides of the camera, he is now also committed to nurturing the next generation of talent. Drawing from his own experiences in the industry, John understands the challenges and triumphs actors face, and he strives to provide insightful, practical training that goes beyond technique, focusing on the emotional intelligence and resilience necessary for a successful career in entertainment.
